Installation of Geologger Leak Detection Systems
The underground components of the Geologger®-Monitoring system are prefabricated so that MPLE chains need just to be unrolled and aligned for on-site placement.
The Multipoint-Linear-Electrodes (MPLE) can be installed directly on the earth substrate. The impulse electrodes are placed directly on the geomembrane or the protective geotextile layer
Each electrode is positioned exactly and checked for proper function before any further components are installed. The computer controlled measuring and evaluation module guarantees that the system works completely and autonomously.
Application of the MPLE chains might vary depending upon soil conditions, lining installation sequence and type of geomembrane system. This can be addressed at the time of installation.
